Job summary

Aramark is hiring full-time Baristas to prepare specialty drinks, assist with food preparation, and handle orders and payments with a focus on creating memorable customer experiences.

The position offers hourly compensation with benefits and opportunities for growth. Candidates should have strong customer service skills, basic math, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Previous customer service experience preferred.
• Previous cash handling experience preferred.
• Previous experience as a barista preferred.
• Basic math & counting skills required.
• Must be able to work independently with limited supervision.
• Must follow required dress code as assigned.
• Able to read and communicate in English and able to follow recipes.
• Complete Food Handling Certification as required.

Responsibilities

• Operate a register/POS and handle cash and credit card transactions.
• Greet and assist customers while anticipating their needs.
• Prepare and serve coffees, teas, and specialty beverages per brand standards.
• Prepare and serve food items in line with location standards.
• Balance cash drawer and deposits.
• Adhere to cash handling policies and procedures.
• Set up and breakdown coffee bar and maintain cleanliness.
• Maintain sanitary work area and stock items.
• Follow health, safety, and sanitation guidelines.
