Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of barista experience.
• Strong espresso prep and coffee knowledge.
• Passion for hospitality and guest experience.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Friendly, dependable and punctual.

Responsibilities

• Prepare espresso beverages, coffee, tea, matcha, and seasonal drinks.
• Operate a high-volume espresso bar with speed and quality.
• Steam milk and ensure beverage consistency.
• Deliver warm, welcoming customer service and guest experiences.
• Recommend menu items, pastries, and retail products to guests.
• Process orders accurately and operate the POS system.
• Open or close the café following procedures.
• Maintain clean, organized workstations and uphold food safety standards.
• Restock products and communicate inventory needs.
• Collaborate with kitchen and front-of-house teams for seamless service.
• Assist with catering, community events, and promotions as needed.
