Responsibilities

• Prepare espresso beverages, coffee, tea, matcha, and seasonal drinks.
• Operate a high-volume espresso bar with speed and quality.
• Steam milk and ensure beverage consistency.
• Deliver warm, welcoming customer service and guest experiences.
• Recommend menu items, pastries, and retail products to guests.
• Process orders accurately and operate the POS system.
• Open or close the café following procedures.
• Maintain clean, organized workstations and uphold food safety standards.
• Restock products and communicate inventory needs.

We're looking for experienced, friendly, and dependable Baristas who enjoy creating exceptional drinks and memorable guest experiences.

Pay & Schedule:

Part-Time & Full-Time Opportunities Available

Starting Pay:

• $14/hour + tips
• Tips typically average $8-$14/hour
• Estimated total earnings: $22-$28/hour

Shift Availability:

Applicants should have flexibility to work a combination of:

• 7:30 AM – 3:30 PM
• 10:30 AM – 6:30 PM
• 1:30 PM – 9:30 PM
• Weekend availability (at least one day) is required.

What You'll Do:

• Prepare espresso beverages, coffee, tea, matcha, and seasonal specialty drinks
• Operate a high-volume espresso bar while maintaining speed and quality
• Steam milk and prepare beverages with consistency and attention to detail
• Deliver warm, welcoming customer service that creates memorable guest experiences
• Recommend menu items, pastries, and retail products to guests
• Accurately process orders and operate the POS system
• Open or close the café following established procedures
• Maintain clean, organized workstations and uphold food safety standards

• Work closely with the kitchen and front-of-house team to provide seamless service
• Assist with catering, community events, and special promotions as needed

• At least 1 year of barista experience
• Strong espresso preparation and coffee knowledge
• Passion for hospitality and creating a positive guest experience
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Friendly, dependable, and punctual
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Comfortable standing for extended periods and lifting up to 40 pounds
• Flexible schedule, including weekend availability
