Job summary

Albertsons Companies Inc. is hiring a friendly Barista to prepare beverages, follow recipes, and deliver a positive customer experience.

You’ll craft coffee, espresso drinks, teas and other menu items while maintaining quality and presentation throughout the day. You’ll greet customers, take orders, restock supplies, keep a clean workspace, operate espresso equipment safely, and collaborate with teammates during busy periods.

Qualifications

• Customer service: friendly, timely and helpful service while following up on requests.
• Beverage prep: familiarity with coffee, espresso drinks, teas and related products using established methods.
• Attention to detail: follow recipes and procedures accurately to maintain quality.
• Organization & time management: prioritize tasks, manage multiple orders, maintain workspace.
• Food safety awareness: safe handling, sanitation and safety guidelines.
• Team collaboration: work with others to drive daily operations.
• Adaptability: comfortable in a fast-paced environment with changing demands.
• Technical & equipment use: safely operate espresso machines, grinders and related gear.
• Physical capability: able to stand long, lift up to 50 lbs, work in varying temps.
