You'll maintain a clean, organized workspace, restock supplies, and operate espresso equipment to support busy service periods. This role emphasizes teamwork, adaptability, and safety in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in food service or customer service preferred.
• Must be 16 years of age or older.
• Ability to follow recipes and procedures to maintain quality.

Responsibilities

• Prepare quality beverages and maintain consistency across orders.
• Greet customers, take orders, answer questions and provide friendly service.
• Restock supplies and maintain a clean, safe work area; ensure equipment is ready for use.
• Operate espresso machines, grinders and related equipment following established guidelines.
• Collaborate with team members to keep daily operations flowing, especially during busy periods.
