Job summary

Towne Park, affiliated with Towne, is hiring a Starbucks Barista in a fast-paced environment. You will provide prompt service, craft quality beverages, and maintain a clean, welcoming store. The role requires excellent customer interaction and accuracy in cash handling and POS operations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Must be at least 18 years old and able to pass a background and drug screen.
• 1–3 months related experience or training; or equivalent education/experience.
• Previous customer service and cash handling experience preferred.
• Knowledge of core products and processes in a coffee shop.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose customer needs and recommend products to ensure satisfaction.
• Build effective relationships with peers and managers to accomplish store tasks.
• Operate cash register and handle transactions accurately.
• Restock supplies, maintain cleanliness, and follow safety guidelines.
