Job summary

Guest Services, Inc. is seeking a Barista to greet guests, take beverage orders, and prepare drinks with care. You will handle cash and provide accurate receipts while maintaining a clean work area and assisting coworkers as needed.

The position requires basic math, strong customer service, and English reading/writing abilities. Light lifting and standing for long periods are expected in this fast-paced unit.

Qualifications

• Strong sanitation habits are required.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests professionally and take beverage orders; identify items and costs.
• Prepare requested drinks and deliver to customers.
• Process receipts, refunds, and change accurately.
• Maintain cash register and reconcile at shift end.
• Keep a clean, orderly work area and stock supplies.
• Answer questions and provide information on policies.
• Serve other items per unit guidelines.
• Maintain safety awareness and report issues to management.
• Stand and move around for long periods and handle lifting up to 50 lbs.
