Job summary

The Sheraton Palo Alto, a Pacific Hotel Management Hotel, is seeking a friendly Barista who loves coffee and guest service. You will greet guests, take orders, prepare beverages and foods, handle payments, and keep the workspace clean and stocked.

You should be positive, knowledgeable and polite, with a willingness to learn about quality controls and presentation. Prior food/beverage or customer service experience is preferred.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greet customers, inform about specials, take orders and process payments.
• Prepare foods and beverages, grind coffee, brew and serve.
• Package orders, maintain stock and clean work areas.
• Sell coffee, tea, and equipment while explaining differences and brewing methods.
• Adhere to health and safety regulations and handle cash accurately.
• Support a high-energy team and report to the F&B supervisor.
