Qualifications

• Customer Service related work experience.
• Starbucks Baristas may be required to be certified.

Responsibilities

• Greets guests and provides quick, friendly, and personalized service.
• Mixes and serves hot and cold beverages including coffee, espresso, cappuccino, tea, and other drinks.
• Maintains good customer relations and speedy delivery of beverages and food items.
• Educates guests about menu offerings and initiates suggestive selling.
• Arranges coffee bar supplies and cups to create attractive displays.
• Cleans coffee machines, preparation areas, and restaurant spaces.
• Records sales, handles cash, and follows cash-handling procedures.
• Ability to stand/walk for extended periods during shifts.
