The Indigo Road Hospitality Group (IRHG) is seeking a Barista in Bentonville, AR to craft espresso beverages, latte art, and guest drinks with care in a warm, fast-paced cafe setting.

You will take orders, process payments, maintain bar cleanliness, restock supplies, and collaborate with teammates to ensure a consistently welcoming guest experience, with flexible days and shifts. This position offers competitive pay and opportunity for growth within IRHG.

Qualifications

• Have at least one year of barista or similar experience.
• Ability to communicate effectively with managers, employees, and guests.
• Flexible schedule including days, nights, weekends and holidays.
• Constant standing/walking with occasional stooping, kneeling, lifting.
• Positive energy and team-player attitude.

Responsibilities

• Create, prepare, and serve coffee beverages based on recipes and record drink orders accurately.
• Receive and serve food and drink orders to guests seated at the bar, process payments, and report gratuities per IRS standards.
• Maintain cleanliness at the bar, wash and sterilize glassware, and set up/break down bar items.
• Assist with restocking and replenishment of bar inventory and report equipment issues.
