Qualifications

• Existing Food Handler’s Certification required for the state you will be working in, or will obtain it within 30 days post-hire
• Basic math and computer skills
• A flexible schedule and are available to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional hospitality to guests and teammates
• Make and serve beverages with various brewing methods
• Prepare and serve food
• Stay knowledgeable about offerings and participate in tastings and trainings
• Taste beverages to ensure quality and uphold standards
• Create community in cafes by sharing coffee knowledge with guests
• Assist with cafe operations including cleaning and organizing condiment stations
• Uphold health and safety guidelines
• Complete Blue Bottle Academy training and 90-day validation
