Blue Bottle Coffee is seeking a Barista who is passionate about coffee, food, sustainability, and guest experiences grounded in care. You’ll grow with a dynamic team and contribute to a welcoming cafe community.

You will deliver hospitality, craft beverages with a range of brewing methods, and support cafe operations while upholding Blue Bottle’s standards and sustainability goals. Training and 90-day validation post‑hire are part of the pathway.

Qualifications

• Basic math and computer skills required.
• Flexible schedule including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional hospitality to guests, teammates, vendors and suppliers.
• Make and serve a selection of beverages using various brewing methods.
• Prepare and serve delicious food.
• Stay knowledgeable about current beverage and food offerings and participate in in‑house tastings, cuppings, and trainings.
• Taste beverages regularly to ensure quality and uphold standards.
