Job summary

Target is hiring a Starbucks Barista to provide friendly guest service, craft beverages, and maintain a welcoming store environment. The role requires a welcoming attitude, ability to work with guests and team members, and adherence to food safety standards.

Training is provided, with flexible scheduling including nights and weekends. Starting hourly rate is $16.25 USD, with opportunities to grow through experience.

Qualifications

• Previous Starbucks/food service experience preferred, but not required.
• Welcoming and helpful attitude toward all guests and team members.
• Ability to communicate on multiple frequency devices and operate handheld scanners.

Responsibilities

• Create an Easy, Inspiring and Friendly guest experience by delivering on commitments.
• Greet and assist guests to find what they need and resolve issues.
• End every guest transaction with a sincere thank you.
• Support guest services such as back-up cashier and Drive-up.
• Produce hand crafted beverages and food to recipe specifications.
