Target is hiring a Starbucks Barista for its store team. Earn an hourly wage with a starting rate of $16.25 and a pay range up to $24.40 per hour. The role focuses on delivering a welcoming guest experience, preparing beverages and food to standard, and maintaining food safety practices on shift.

Qualifications

• Previous Starbucks/food service experience preferred, but not required.
• Welcoming and helpful attitude toward all guests and other team members.
• Ability to communicate on multiple frequency devices and operate handheld scanners and other technology.

Responsibilities

• Create an easy, inspiring and friendly guest experience.
• Greet guests and assist them to find items or resolve issues.
• Produce hand crafted beverages and food to recipes.
• Follow food safety requirements and complete cleaning tasks as outlined.
• Support Drive Up and quick service to ensure orders are fulfilled accurately.
