Job summary

Target is hiring a Starbucks Barista to join our Food & Beverage team. You will create handcrafted beverages and food to recipe standards, greet guests warmly, and ensure a welcoming store environment throughout shifts.

The role involves food safety, inventory checks, and assisting with Drive Up and pickup services. A positive attitude and teamwork are essential, with flexible hours including nights and weekends.

Qualifications

• Experience in Starbucks or food service is preferred but not required.
• Welcoming and helpful attitude toward guests and team members.
• Ability to communicate on multiple devices and operate Handheld scanners as directed.
• Ability to work independently and with a team; resolve guest questions quickly.

Responsibilities

• Create an easy, inspiring guest experience by greeting guests and assisting them.
• Prepare handcrafted beverages and food to recipe specifications.
• Follow food safety requirements and keep the space clean and organized.
• Support Drive Up, order pickup, and other guest services as needed.
• Maintain accurate in-store inventory and sign postings for promotions.
