Job summary

VONS is seeking a Barista to prepare coffee, espresso drinks, teas and more while delivering a positive customer experience. You will greet customers, take orders, and follow established recipes to ensure consistent quality throughout the day.

Responsibilities include maintaining a clean workspace, restocking supplies, operating espresso machines and other equipment safely, and collaborating with the team to handle busy periods with accuracy and speed.

Qualifications

• Customer service oriented with friendly, timely assistance.
• Knowledge of preparing coffee, espresso drinks, teas, and related items per recipes.
• Ability to follow recipes and maintain quality and consistency.
• Maintain organized, clean, and safe work area; restock supplies as needed.
• Familiarity with safe food and beverage handling and sanitation guidelines.
