VONS is seeking a friendly Barista to craft quality beverages and deliver a positive customer experience. You’ll follow established recipes, operate espresso machines, and maintain a clean, organized work area while staying active during busy periods.

Qualifications

• Must be 16 years of age or older.
• Availability to work early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Prior food service or customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare quality beverages and other menu items using established recipes and procedures.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area; restock supplies and ensure equipment readiness.
• Greet customers, take orders, answer questions, and provide a positive experience to encourage repeat visits.
• Collaborate with team members to maintain smooth workflow during busy periods.
