• Prepare beverages to recipes and standards and handle transactions using company practices.
• Suggest coffee shop items and inform customers of specials.
• Ensure fresh products and correct portion sizes to prevent shrink.
• Use equipment in the coffee shop and inventory ingredients.
• Check product quality and review sell-by dates, take action as needed.
• Operate espresso machine, blender, and other kitchen equipment per guidelines.
• Label, stock and inventory department merchandise.
• Report ordering/shipping discrepancies to the department manager.
• Stay current with ads and promotions; follow safety procedures.
