Unidine is hiring for a full-time Barista at Homestead Village, Lancaster, PA. The shift runs Monday to Friday, 8:00 am - 4:00 pm, with a pay range of $16.50–$18.50 per hour. Prior barista and customer service experience is preferred, and a robust benefits package is offered.

Responsibilities

• Makes and serves coffee/espresso drinks and related items.
• Enters orders into POS and handles payments.
• Maintains cleanliness and proper food handling per HACCP guidelines.
• Interacts with customers to ensure satisfaction and upsell where appropriate.
• Maintains display and prep areas and supports team duties as needed.
