Job summary

Blank Street, Inc. is hiring baristas who deliver welcoming, accurate service and craft high-quality beverages in a fast-paced environment. You will use our world-class coffee program and fresh ingredients to create drinks that delight customers and encourage repeat visits.

Ideal candidates have 1+ year of customer service experience, are flexible with part-time or full-time shifts (including weekends), and are authorized to work in the U.S. Comprehensive barista training is provided.

Qualifications

• 1+ years’ experience in a customer service position, preferably in hospitality or coffee.
• 18+ years of age.
• Able to lift 25+ lbs and stand for long periods.
• Availability for part-time or full-time shifts, including weekends.
• Authorized to work in the U.S. (E-Verify as required).

Responsibilities

• Provide welcoming, consistent service and turn customers into regulars.
• Prepare drinks using a world-class coffee program and quality equipment.
• Complete training to ensure safe handling of food and beverages.
• Minimize waste by following par levels during peak and off-peak periods.
• Maintain Health Department standards and adhere to brand playbooks.
• Collaborate with Operations and Marketing to drive foot traffic and sales.
