Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Customer service experience preferred.
• Knowledge of food preparation, sanitation, standards and inventory control.
• Starbucks certification may be required.

Responsibilities

• Greets all guests with quick, friendly service.
• Prepares and serves beverages (coffee, espresso, cappuccino, tea, etc.) with accuracy.
• Maintains good customer relations and speedy delivery of beverages and food.
• Educates guests on menu and suggests add-ons.
• Arranges supplies and creates attractive displays.
• Cleans coffee machines and work areas.
• Records sales, handles cash and operates the cash register.
