Job summary

Target seeks a Starbucks Barista to deliver exceptional guest experiences with handcrafted beverages and fresh food. You will uphold quality, safety standards and work closely with teammates to keep shelves stocked and operations smooth.

Flexible hours, training, and opportunities to grow within a Fortune 50 retailer are offered. Prior food service experience is helpful, as are strong communication skills and guest focus.

Qualifications

• Previous Starbucks/food service experience preferred, but not required.
• Welcoming and helpful attitude toward guests and other team members.
• Ability to communicate on multiple frequency devices and operate handheld scanners, and other technology equipment as directed.
• Work both independently and with a team.
• Resolve guest questions quickly on the spot.
• Attention to detail and follow a multi-step processes.

Responsibilities

• Deliver an exceptional guest experience, connecting with guests to deliver quality handcrafted beverages and food during all hours of operations.
• Uphold and maintain the execution of the Food and Beverage Standards, all Starbucks’ brand standards and food safety standards.
• Execute food and beverage processes, including deliveries, replenishment, stocking, zoning, and data accuracy.
• Maintain awareness of all promotional activities within Starbucks.
• Follow all Target and Starbucks routines to deliver a consistent experience and drive efficiency.
