Job summary

Target in Connecticut is hiring a Starbucks Barista to deliver an exceptional guest experience, prepare beverages and foods to standard, and uphold food safety and store procedures. You will support guest services and maintain inviting merchandising throughout shifts.

The role requires flexibility for varying hours, including nights and weekends. Prior Starbucks/food service experience is preferred, with a welcoming attitude and strong teamwork skills essential.

Qualifications

• Previous Starbucks/food service experience preferred, but not required.
• Welcoming and helpful attitude toward guests and team members.
• Ability to operate handheld scanners and other technology as directed.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Strong attention to detail and multi-tasking.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and remain composed.

Responsibilities

• Deliver an exceptional guest experience by providing a fresh and abundant shopping experience during all hours of operations.
• Uphold and maintain Starbucks Food & Beverage standards.
• Prepare and serve handcrafted beverages and food to recipe cards.
• Follow food safety requirements and temperature monitoring.
• Support guest services such as Drive Up, order pickup, and accurate inventory management.
