Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages, such as lattes, cappuccinos, and espressos.

• Provide excellent customer service by greeting customers, taking orders, and answering questions about the menu.

• Operate cash registers and handle cash transactions accurately.

• Maintain a clean and organized work area, including cleaning coffee machines and equipment.

• Follow health and safety guidelines when handling food and beverages.

• Assist with food preparation, such as making sandwiches or pastries.

• Upsell and promote additional products or specials to customers.

• Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient operations.

Skills:

• Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks and handle multiple orders simultaneously.

• Excellent customer service skills to provide a positive experience for customers.

• Proficient in cash handling and basic math skills for accurate transactions.
