Job summary

Think Lounge in Austin is opening a new on-site café and seeking enthusiastic baristas with strong customer service to join the team. Compensation starts at $14.00 per hour plus tips, with both part-time and full-time opportunities available.

As a cafe team member, you will greet customers, take orders, operate the register, handle beverage preparation, and help maintain a welcoming, clean space while contributing to evolving drink offerings. Join us to help shape this new concept.

Qualifications

• 1 year barista experience preferred.
• Ability to work as a solo barista as needed.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Lift 25 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
• Enthusiasm for Think Lounge mission and values.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and deliver exceptional cafe experiences.
• Take and prepare beverage orders accurately and quickly.
• Operate registers and handle money transactions.
• Inform walk-ins about access passes and on-site amenities.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of cafe area and equipment.
• Uphold workplace safety rules and procedures.
• Keep signage updated and contribute to the drink menu.
• Use espresso machine, grinder, dishwasher, and ice maker professionally.
• Manage inventory and administrative paperwork for records.
