Job summary

The Cake Bake Shop is seeking a Bartender / Barista to deliver a polished beverage experience and brand-aligned service in a fast-paced dining setting. You will balance attentive bar-top service with accurate preparation of drinks, desserts, and small plates, while maintaining a refined bar area.

Candidates should have at least one year of beverage-focused hospitality experience and a valid alcohol service permit.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year of bartending or beverage-focused hospitality experience preferred.
• Valid alcohol service permit or certification as required by state or local law.

Responsibilities

• Greet bar guests and provide a refined, brand-aligned guest experience.
• Enter beverage and food orders into the POS system.
• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages per recipes and presentation guidelines.
• Demonstrate knowledge of beverages, ingredients, and allergens; offer pairings and suggestive selling.
• Maintain bar cleanliness and organization during service; monitor guests and respond to requests.
