Responsibilities

• Produce a wide variety of beverage recipes according to standardized recipes.
• Learn and retain beverage ingredients, measurements, and recipes.
• Work in a fast-paced, high volume environment.
• Multitask across recipe production, cash handling, stocking, and sanitation.
• Operate and clean specialized kitchen equipment and troubleshoot issues.
• Identify ingredients/products that do not meet quality standards and correct issues.
• Maintain safety and sanitation standards in the work area.
• Prepare for semi-annual health department and regulatory inspections.
• Create personalized customer experiences with knowledge of products and accurate requests.
• Perform service recovery if products do not meet customer expectations.
