Responsibilities

• Provides quality customer service at all times.
• Makes specialty beverages and serves customers in The Coffee Shop.
• Operates beverage machines (Verismo 701 Automatic Brewer, Bunn Coffee Brewer, Tea Brewer, blenders).
• Knows how to make all beverages and promotes specials with suggestive selling.
• Restocks and maintains par levels of syrups, sauces, and coffee shop items.
• Checks out customers and records purchases in the cash register system.
• Collects correct payment and handles cash per procedures.
• Reports transactions accurately at shift end and secures cash.
