Job summary

The Renaissance Austin Downtown Hotel is seeking a friendly Barista to join our on-site café team in Austin, Texas. You will prepare espresso drinks, tea, and seasonal beverages, greet guests, handle POS transactions, and keep a clean, efficient workspace during busy shifts.

Qualifications

• Previous barista or food service experience preferred but not required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a high-volume environment.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Basic math and cash-handling skills.
• Passion for coffee and a desire to learn more about the craft.
