Job summary

Concord Hospitality is seeking a friendly cafe/barista in Austin, TX. You will prepare a range of espresso drinks, teas and specialty items, greet customers, and maintain a clean, efficient workspace while handling fast-paced service.

No strict experience required, but prior barista or food-service exposure helps. Weekend/holiday shifts are common, with a path to full-time benefits within Concord’s hospitality network.

Qualifications

• Barista or food service experience preferred but not required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a high-volume environment.
