Job summary

The Sheraton Oklahoma City Downtown Hotel, operated by Crescent Hotels & Resorts, is seeking a Barista for the Library Coffee Shop. This part-time role runs an AM shift (approximately 5 AM–1 PM) and offers growth opportunities, medical/dental/vision benefits, a 401K match, PTO, and tuition assistance.

Open availability including weekends/holidays is required. Responsibilities include taking guest orders, setting up, answering questions, and operating the MICROS POS system to ensure guest

Qualifications

• Experience as a barista is strongly preferred.
• Exceptional listening and communication skills.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Take and serve guest orders promptly according to the service manual.
• Set up and perform side work as assigned.
• Answer guest questions about menu and beverages.
• Operate MICROS POS system.
• Anticipate customer needs and provide excellent service.
