Responsibilities

• Prepare delicious coffee drinks and serve food items with attention to presentation and guest preferences.
• Keep the café clean, organized, and well-stocked, from pastries to retail displays.
• Share knowledge of the menu and hotel amenities to enhance guest experience.
• Handle transactions accurately and maintain the cash drawer in line with policy.
• Follow safety and sanitation standards to keep equipment and food areas clean and compliant.
