Job summary

Genuine Foods is hiring for Cashier/Barista positions in a school environment. You will greet customers, craft beverages to order, and manage transactions with accuracy.

The role emphasizes food safety, cleanliness, and delivering Genuine’s friendly service and culture to students and staff. The ideal candidate has at least 1 year of barista experience in a high-volume setting, a positive attitude, reliability, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Provide Genuine quality customer service to all clientele by greeting, thanking, etc.
• Craft drinks to order with care and accuracy.
• Ring out guests at the register and follow cash handling procedures.
• Ensure food safety standards are being followed.
• Provide great customer service following Genuine standards.
• Maintain a clean working environment and assist the team with cleaning duties.
• Assist other team members as needed.
• Perform all other duties as assigned.
