Job summary

Pyramid Global Hospitality in the United States is seeking a team member to handle the preparation and service of beverages, while keeping the area clean and providing outstanding guest service. You will follow recipes, record sales, and process payments according to procedures.

The role requires the ability to lift up to 20 pounds, strong communication, and multitasking skills, plus knowledge of various coffee beverages. The job offers full-time hours and benefits.

Qualifications

• Able to carry and move items weighing up to 20 pounds.
• Strong communication and multitasking skills.
• Knowledge of all types of coffee beverages.
• Must be able to bend, twist, lift and stand for the shift worked.

• Produce and serve beverages and food items that follow recipes and/or product specifications to the expectation of guests.
• Record all sales, follow all cash handling procedures and process guest payments according to established procedures.
• Ensure the work area is clean and organized.
• Manage inventory and restock supplies as necessary.
• Ensure equipment is properly maintained.
• Always provide the highest quality of service to guests.
• Perform all other duties as deemed necessary by management.
