Job summary

Esplanade Wiregrass Ranch in Wesley Chapel, FL is seeking a Part-Time Barista/Cafe Attendant to learn, contribute, and grow within a fast-paced hospitality-focused property. As part of Troon, you will deliver friendly beverage service and support to members and guests.

Pay is $16.00 per hour with benefits eligibility including healthcare and retirement options. Previous experience is preferred but not required. Must maintain a Food Handler Card and OLCC Service Permit.

Qualifications

• Food Handler Card and OLCC Service Permit required or to be obtained as applicable.

Responsibilities

• Explain menu items to customers and guests.
• Make and serve beverages.
• Provide efficient, friendly bar/ café service to members and guests.
• Take and prepare food and drink orders including beverages, light café offerings.
• Keep café, bar, and service area clean, safe, and organized.
• Handle cash and POS transactions accurately.
• Assist with restocking, setup, and breakdown of café items as needed.
• Deliver a welcoming, positive member experience at all times.

Esplanade Wiregrass Ranch, located in Wesley Chapel, FL, is pleased to announce an excellent career opportunity for a Part-Time Barista/Cafe Attendant! We are seeking a driven individual who is eager to learn, contribute, and grow within a fast-paced hospitality-focused property organization. As part of Troon, you will contribute to a global leader in golf and community management.

Pay:

$16.00 per hour

Key Responsibilities:

• Explains menu items to customers and guests
• Makes and serves beverages
• Provides efficient, friendly, and professional food and beverage service to members and guests
• Takes and prepares food and drink orders, including gourmet coffees and lattes, beer and wine, flatbreads, paninis, wraps, and light café offerings
• Maintains a clean, safe, and organized café, bar, and service area
• Demonstrates responsible cash handling and point-of-sale accuracy
• Assists with restocking, setup, and breakdown of café items as needed
• Delivers a welcoming and positive member experience at all times

Qualifications:

• Previous experience preferred but not required

Certificates, Licenses, Registrations:

Must maintain a current Food Handler Card and OLCC Service Permit
