Job summary

Avenue Espresso is hiring a friendly Barista to join our team in Southwest Washington. You will welcome customers, take orders, and prepare a variety of beverages and foods in a fast-paced drive-thru environment.

Responsibilities include accurate order handling, payment processing, and maintaining high standards of cleanliness and safety. Prior barista experience and a Washington Food Handler’s Card are preferred, with flexible shifts available.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of barista or retail food and beverage customer service experience preferred.
• Valid Washington State Food Handler’s Card is preferred.
• Friendly, customer-focused attitude with excellent communication skills.
• Self-motivated and trustworthy; able to work independently.
• Collaborative team player able to assist colleagues.
