Job summary

Sightglass Coffee Roasters Llc in San Francisco is seeking dedicated baristas to deliver an unmatched coffee experience across our cafes. You will craft beverages from espresso to pour over, educate customers on beans and menu, and support a smooth café operation while upholding hospitality standards.

Candidates should show passion for coffee, strong customer service, teamwork, and flexibility to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays. ServSafe certification is preferred.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated enthusiastic desire to work with coffee.
• Ability to function and be efficient within a team.
• Capable of executing multiple tasks at once and remaining composed under stress.
• Possess an exceptional level of customer service and professionalism.
• Maintain an organized and methodical work style.
• Possession of a ServSafe Food Handler’s card and/or acquire certificate.
• Flexible schedule to meet business needs including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

• Stay knowledgeable and educate customers on current offerings including beans, drinks, food, and merchandise.
• Follow manager directives and support team members to anticipate needs, ensure smooth café operations, and uphold our product and service standards.
• Adhere to company policies including but not limited to cash handling, product standards, and hospitality best practices.
