Corewell Health in Troy seeks a part-time Starbucks team member for the Troy Hospital location. You will work in the Starbucks Troy - Corporate unit during the evening shift, handling beverage preparation, customer service, and cash handling at a 20-hour weekly schedule.
Responsibilities include operating equipment, maintaining safety standards, and ensuring accurate, high-quality service while meeting health and sanitation requirements.
Responsible for production of a wide variety of intricate beverage recipes from a complex combination of ingredients, according to standardized recipes. Work in a fast-paced, high volume work environment. Use of specialized kitchen equipment. Able to identify ingredients/finished products that do not meet established quality standards. Maintain safety and sanitation standards of the work area. Create an excellent experience for the customer.
