Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Barista role located in Winter Garden, FL. The Barista will prepare and serve a variety of coffee and espresso beverages, teas, and other café items according to French Cafe recipes and presentation standards. Day-to-day responsibilities include greeting guests, taking orders, operating the POS system, processing payments, and maintaining a clean, organized service area and dining space. The role also involves basic food preparation, restocking supplies, monitoring product quality, and following food safety and hygiene guidelines. The Barista will work closely with other team members to ensure efficient service, resolve guest concerns promptly, and contribute to a positive and respectful workplace.

Qualifications

• Strong customer-facing skills, including Customer Service and Interpersonal Skills, with a friendly and professional demeanor.
• Hands-on Barista experience or training, with the ability to prepare espresso-based drinks consistently and efficiently.
