What You’ll Do

As a Barista at Sodexo, you are an artist and fair-trade champion. You will create hand-crafted, quality beverages and food, helping people smile and making an impact through your actions. You will also operate cash registers and ensure all work areas are kept clean and organized.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers, take orders, and serve hot and cold beverages such as coffee, espresso, cappuccino, café latte, tea, chai, and fruit blend drinks.
• Record all sales, process payments, and operate a cash register.
• Clean coffee machines, restaurant areas, restrooms, and preparation areas.
• Attend work and arrive on time for scheduled shifts.
• Perform other duties as assigned based on business needs.

Qualifications

• Team-oriented, adaptable, reliable, and committed to a safe work environment.
• No previous experience required; preferred.
• Starbucks Barista certification may be required at some locations.
