Position Summary:

The Barista plays a key role in creating a positive, professional, and welcoming customer experience. This includes warmly greeting guests, accurately taking orders for bakery goods, breads, and beverages, and efficiently processing transactions. In addition to customer service, Barista's support front-of-house operations by answering phone calls for to-go orders, assisting with incoming deliveries, and addressing guest questions or concerns. Maintaining strict adherence to food safety and hygiene standards is essential. A successful Barista brings strong communication skills, a positive attitude, adaptability, and professionalism to every shift.

What You’ll Do:

• Greet each guests with warmth, energy, and a smile.
• Take guest orders and accurately process bakery and beverage transactions with both cash and card.
• Package fresh pastries and bakery items with care and attention to presentation.
• Keep products stocked while monitoring freshness, quality, and guest-facing displays.
• Answer incoming phone calls promptly and provide friendly, knowledgeable guest assistance.
• Maintain a clean, organized, stocked, and welcoming dining and workspace.
• Follow food safety standards and cleaning procedures.
• Keep the bakery clean and sparkling!

What You Bring:

• 1+ year of customer service or café experience
• Confidence using POS systems and cash handling
• Multitasking under pressure with accuracy
• Friendly attitude, sharp communication, and team‑player mindset
• Ability to work as part of a team and individually
