Sturbridge Coffee House in Sturbridge, MA is seeking a gold star barista to join our team full-time. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, enjoy crafting great beverages, and welcome happy customers, you’ll fit right in.

As the face of our brand, you’ll need a strong work ethic, be able to handle busy shifts, and help keep the shop sparkling. We offer tips, flexible scheduling, and opportunities to grow from within.

Competenze

• Previous barista or quick-service experience is a plus, but a great work ethic is key.
• Team-oriented, collaborative attitude.
• Willing to work weekends and holidays.
• Must be 18+ and have reliable transportation.

What You’ll Be Doing (Beyond the Brew):

What We Are Looking For:

• Coffee/Food Savvy: Previous barista or quick-service restaurant experience is a huge plus, but a great work ethic is key.
• Team Players: People who love a collaborative, high-fiving environment.
• The Flexible Hustler: Ready to stand on your feet, move fast, and dive into a flexible schedule (including those buzzing weekends and holidays).
• Eligible: You are at least 18 years old and have reliable transportation.

Sturbridge Coffee House has grown from a small café over the last 19 years, into a bustling coffee house, with multiple Mini Sturbridge Coffee House locations.
We serve hundreds of people in the heart of Sturbridge, MA and beyond. We wouldn't be the great coffee house we aretoday, nor be opening additional locations, without the dedication of every employee and customer over the years.
