Job summary

Winslow's Table is seeking a Barista to craft beverages, engage with guests, and maintain a clean, organized workspace. You’ll steam milk, recommend blends, and play a key role in ensuring guests return for more.

We’re looking for a friendly, energetic individual with a passion for coffee and customer service; prior barista or restaurant experience is a plus, but training is provided and open availability is appreciated.

Qualifications

• Passion for coffee and customer service.
• Friendly, outgoing personality with strong communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and stay efficient in a fast-paced environment.
• Attention to detail when making drinks and following recipes.
• Reliable, punctual, and a team player with open availability.
• Previous barista or restaurant experience is a plus, but we’ll train the right person.

As a Barista, you’ll be responsible for preparing drinks, engaging with customers, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
