Atrium Hospitality is hiring for a part-time café position at Springfield University Plaza, 333 John Q. Hammons Pkwy, Springfield, MO 65806. You will prepare coffee drinks, serve food, and help guests enjoy a smooth, friendly experience at the hotel café.

Qualifications

• Prior customer service experience required; food service experience preferred.
• Food Safety and Alcohol Awareness certifications (or willingness to complete within 90 days).

• Flexible availability including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Prepare delicious coffee drinks and serve food items with attention to presentation and guest preferences
• Keep the café clean, organized, and well-stocked, from pastries to retail displays
• Share your knowledge of the menu and hotel amenities to enhance the guest experience
• Handle transactions accurately and maintain the cash drawer in line with company policy
• Follow safety and sanitation standards, ensuring all equipment and food areas stay clean and compliant
