Job summary

Atrium Hospitality in Normal, IL is seeking a part-time dining associate at the Normal Marriott. You will greet guests, manage dining reservations, and provide attentive table service in a fast-paced environment.

Ideal candidates have 6 months of customer service or restaurant experience, with Food Safety and Alcohol Awareness certifications preferred; must lift up to 50 lbs and work flexible hours, including weekends.

• Six (6) months of customer service, restaurant, or cashier experience (preferred)
• Food Safety and Alcohol Awareness certifications (or ability to obtain within 60 days)
• Friendly, professional demeanor with a genuine passion for hospitality

Responsibilities

• Greet guests, manage dining reservations, and provide attentive table service
• Take and deliver food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently
• Process guest payments and ensure proper reporting of tips
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining stations and service areas
• Support team by assisting with phone orders, amenities, and guest inquiries
