d'Lite Healthy On The Go in Scottsdale, AZ seeks a friendly Barista to join Front of House. Responsible for accurate drink preparation, fast service, and maintaining a clean, welcoming environment while upholding company values.
You will report to Shift Leader and GM, complete Barista Training, and engage customers with product knowledge. Part-time hours include early mornings and weekends; prior cafe experience is a plus but not required.

The Barista reports directly to the assigned Shift Leader [SL] and General Manager [GM]. The Barista is accountable for executing the policies, procedures and direction provided by the SL and/or GM. The Barista is required to successfully complete and meet the requirements of the General Team Member Training Certification and the Barista Training Certification. The Barista must be able to fluently speak and write in the English language in order to best communicate with our customers, vendors, and leadership, and must maintain professional dress, speech, and behavior at all times.
