Job summary

Roundhouse Market + Conference Center in San Ramon, CA, is hiring a Barista to deliver friendly service, take orders, and prepare coffee and beverages to customer specifications. You will handle transactions, maintain a welcoming atmosphere, and uphold our Service Standards.

This part-time role requires Saturday availability and prior barista experience is preferred. You will join a collaborative team in a lakeside setting offering growth opportunities and a positive work environment.

WHAT WOULD YOU DO AS A BARISTA

• The Barista is responsible for serving our products with friendly, hospitable, professional, and individualized attention for each customer according to our Service Standards. Take orders, prepare and serve coffee, specialty coffee drinks, tea, and other beverages to customer specifications. Responsible for providing information about our products; operating cash registers and POS systems; maintaining the cleanliness and sanitation of the working area.
