Job summary

LBA Hospitality is hiring a Barista on-site in a hospitality setting. You will create welcoming experiences by preparing and serving coffee, tea, beverages, and food items while delivering friendly, efficient service.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in chain food, beverage, or retail preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic math, reading, writing, and computer skills.
• Ability to multitask, learn quickly, and remain calm in a fast-paced environment.
• Must meet company security clearance requirements.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve specialty coffee, tea, beverages, and food items according to standards.
• Provide friendly, professional customer service and respond to customer needs.
• Operate the register, process payments, and follow cash-handling procedures.
• Maintain clean, organized, stocked, and guest-ready work areas.
• Follow all food safety, sanitation, health, safety, and security procedures.
• Maintain knowledge of menu items, preparation methods, hotel services, and local area information.
• Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members.
• Resolve customer concerns professionally.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
