Job summary

Scooter's Coffee in Missouri is hiring amazing people to join our team as baristas. You’ll serve amazing drinks and food, create a memorable customer experience, and keep the store clean and well stocked while working with a great team.

We train you on the coffee; several positions across daytime, evenings and weekends. Part-time or career-focused, we want friendly, energetic teammates who can deliver smiles and fast service.

Responsibilities

• Greet and connect with all customers.
• Field questions and educate customers about products.
• Enter orders and process payments, managing a cash drawer.
• Serve all orders following Scooter's recipes.
• Operate and maintain cleanliness of store equipment.
• Stock all products used in order production.
• Suggest add-ons, gift cards, and Scooter's merchandise.
• Receive and organize product from weekly shipments.
• Other duties assigned.
• And have fun while fulfilling all the above.

Scooter's Coffee is looking for Amazing people! As one of our Amazing baristas, your role is to serve Amazing drinks (and food!), Amazingly fast. It will be your job to create a memorable customer experience, while ensuring their orders are prepared in a clean and well stocked environment.

You bring the personality, we will teach you the coffee. We are looking to fill several positions to include daytime hours, evenings & weekends. Whether you are looking for a part time job or you are wanting to build a career with us, we would love to speak with you!
