Job summary

Scooter's Coffee in Missouri is seeking friendly baristas to deliver amazing drinks and food to customers. You will work flexible day, evening, and weekend shifts, part-time or potential career growth. Training is provided to master our recipes and ensure a clean, well-stocked store atmosphere.

As part of a fast-paced team, you will greet customers, take orders, and maintain equipment and inventory while staying true to Scooter's Coffee's promise of amazing service and smiles.

Responsibilities

• Greeting and connecting with all customers
• Field questions and educate them about our products
• Enter orders and process payments, managing a cash drawer
• Serve all orders following Scooter's recipes
• Operate and maintain cleanliness of all store equipment
• Stock all products used in order production
• Suggest additional products like add-ons, gift cards, and Scooter's merchandise
• Receive and organize product from weekly shipments
• Other duties assigned
• And of course, have as much fun while fulfilling all the above as possible!

Scooter's Coffee is looking for Amazing people! As one of our Amazing baristas, your role is to serve Amazing drinks (and food!), Amazingly fast. It will be your job to create a memorable customer experience, while ensuring their orders are prepared in a clean and well stocked environment.
